William

The person who had the idea for this project, tries to write scripts and organize episodes (results are inconsistent). Tends to simutaneously over and underplan but it all works out in the end. William also works as a manager and coodinator between the other members of the project. The scripts can come out cringey so improv is encouraged. He feels odd writing his own synopsis. Token white guy!

启发此项目的开拓者，负责编写剧本，组织情节(最终呈现的效果很不协调，但是是一种凌乱美)，虽然会计划得过度或不足，但最终都能解决问题。William还担任项目团队之间的管理者和协调者。剧本可能会让人觉得别扭，因此他鼓励即兴发挥。他觉得他自己写的这个简介很奇怪，很人格分裂的白人大哥哥一枚呀。

August

Acts as translator, support, and personality. August helps with anything that needs fluent Mandarin, he writes translations for the website, and talks to people when we can't (or are shy). He's also lived in Shenzhen for quite a while, so he helps with ideas for what to do next in the project. Lastly, August also appears in the videos, bringing his unique personality and amazing hair.

作为团队中负责翻译成员，同时提供其他辅助，兼创造特色。August在任何需要流利普通话的事情上可以提供帮助，他负责此网站的翻译工作，在我们需要帮助(或害羞)的时候与人交谈。他在深圳住了很长的一段时间，所以他也会帮助视频策划的一部分。最后，August也出现在视频中，你可以看到他独特的个性和炸裂的发型。

Simon

Editor, video person, and bossy German (jk simon we ♡ u). Simon does an amazing job editing the videos we make, his editing make the jumbled messes we create somewhat coherent. He also appears in the videos as the completing member of the trio, he's better at improving and can take control of a situation well, so when things go off track he'll be the one to put it back. Simon also helps with planning the videos, though with the million other things he does it sometimes comes as a lower priority.
